    Albuquerque man held behind bars; accused of fleeing police

    ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – An Albuquerque man will be held behind bars after being arrested for running from the police . According to the criminal complaint, the Albuquerque Police Department saw someone with a rifle inside a car at the parking garage at One Central Ave. on July 6.

    New Mexico man charged after shooting at law enforcement during standoff

    The driver of the car, later identified as Steven Robles, took off. He hit several cars including a police cruiser. Robles’ car was stopped near Third and Lead where he and an accomplice ran from police on foot. Robles was caught a short time later and police recovered a firearm from his car. Judge Joseph Montaño ordered he be held behind bars until trial.
