Virginia company laying off 80 people in Pa.
A company that offers maritime and engineering services is laying off 80 people. Truestone has filed a WARN (Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act) notice with the Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry informing the state of the layoffs. The positions are based at Tobyhanna Army Depot, 11 Hap Arnold Blvd. in Coolbaugh Township, Monroe County.

A would-be assassin shot Trump in the ear at a rally in Pennsylvania on Saturday. One rally-goer was killed and two others were wounded. The shooter was 20-year-old Thomas Matthew Crooks, who was killed by the Secret Service. He was a registered Republican who once gave $15 to a Democratic fundraising platform.
