ALMA, Ark. (KNWA/KFTA) — A road crew in Alma found a possible pipe bomb while brush-hogging on Tuesday morning, according to Crawford County Emergency Manager Veronica Robins.

The possible bomb was found under a fence on Baugh road outside of Dean Springs, Robins said.

Robins said the Fort Smith Bomb Squad was sent to review the device. They X-rayed it and found it to be empty.
