PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) - A 33-year-old Portland man was arrested Wednesday for burglaries at a southwest Portland Catholic church, according to the Portland Police Bureau. Jacob C. Blanchard faces multiple charges of burglary, theft and trespass after thieves broke into St. Michael the Archangel Church at 424 Southwest Mill Street multiple times during the night of May 28 and May 29.
