NCHSAA SAAC Team Presents to NC Athletic Directors at the North Carolina Coaching Clinic
On Tuesday, July 16th, thirteen NCHSAA Student-Athlete Advisory Council Members (SAAC) presented to over 40 NC Athletic Directors at the 2024 NC Coaches Clinic held at the Greensboro Coliseum Complex. The preparation and dedication from the SAAC members contributed to the success of this presentation. We appreciate the athletic directors in attendance for listening to us and hopefully receiving beneficial information and insight.
Former Greensboro Mayor says he wants his job back
GREENSBORO, N.C. — Former Greensboro Mayor Robbie Perkins told WFMY News 2 he's attempting to get his old job back. Perkins, who's been out of office since 2013, told WFMY News 2's Chad Silber he intends to run for office in 2025. "I've always thought my time as mayor in Greensboro was a precious time and something I really enjoyed," Perkins said.

The Servant Center is a Greensboro nonprofit that helps homeless and disabled individuals as well as veterans become independent.
