City of Hurricane breaks ground on new housing project
HURRICANE, W.Va. — A new apartment complex is coming to Hurricane, as the city, in partnership with AB Contracting Inc., broke ground on 304 at Valley Pointe Wednesday. True to its name, 304 at Valley Pointe will feature 304 units on Teays Valley Road, directly behind Wendy’s. One, two, and three-bedroom apartments will be offered, along with a fitness center, a resort-style swimming pool, and a pickleball court.
