Donovan Edwards is one of the most talented and accomplished players in Division-I college football, although he did not start last season, splitting time with Blake Corum.

Edwards rose to the occasion on college football's biggest stage, as he often does in big games, racking up 104 yards and two touchdowns against the Washington Huskies in Michigan football's national title-clinching 34-13 win.

Edwards is now a senior with the Michigan football team and poised to take over the starting job for the first time since Corum went out with an injury in 2022.

On Wednesday, June 26, EA Sports released its latest trailer for the College Football 25 video game, which includes Edwards on the and features footage of his character toward the end.

The West Bloomfield Township, Michigan native is seen celebrating a touchdown against a team that appears to be the Ohio State Buckeyes.

What makes the scene so compelling is that Edwards appears to be channeling his inner Desmond Howard or Charles Woodson as he does the famous Heisman Trophy pose. The footage can be seen around the three-minute mark of the video, which is shown below.
