TUCSON, Ariz. — A Glendale man has been charged with transporting more than 450 kilograms of fentanyl after the drugs were found at the border, prosecutors say. According to the US Attorney's Office, David Quintero-Mascareno, 20, Glendale, was arrested on Monday for Knowingly and Intentionally Possessing with Intent to Distribute 400 Grams or More of a Mixture or Substance Containing a Detectable Amount of Fentanyl.

Homeowner hurt, 5 dogs missing after fast-moving barbecue fire spreads to home near Peoria
PEORIA, AZ (AZFamily) — Firefighters have contained a fast-moving fire that left someone hurt near Peoria Thursday morning. Several pets are also missing. According to Rural Metro firefighters, the blaze started around 9:30 a.m. as a barbecue fire outside spread to the home near 88th Avenue and Williams Road. The house is located on an unincorporated county island surrounded by the City of Peoria.
MCSO Detectives Arrest Suspect in Double Homicide Case
