St. Louis man sentenced for fatal shooting of suspect in his sister's killing
ST. LOUIS — The brother of an 18-year-old woman who was killed in 2020 was sentenced to 10 years in prison Friday for fatally shooting the man he believed was responsible. Jacorren Riley, 26, accepted a plea deal for a reduced charge of voluntary manslaughter in the shooting death of Levi Henning. The plea averted a trial originally scheduled for next week. Riley was facing charges of first-degree murder and armed criminal action.

ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. — Police are working to find a 43-year-old St. Louis man who was charged in the 2023 overdose death of a toddler in St. Louis County. The St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney's office on Thursday issued an at-large warrant for Alphonso Huntley, who is charged with one count of endangering the welfare of a child resulting in death.
St. Louis police arrest convicted felon found with gun
ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) - St. Louis police arrested a man Wednesday evening after he was found with a handgun and suspected narcotics. According to police, Dorian Scott had a Glock .45 caliber handgun and a large quantity of suspected narcotics in the Hyde Park neighborhood. Scott is reportedly a convicted felon. The St. Louis Circuit Attorney’s Office charged the 30-year-old with unlawful possession of a firearm. Charges related to the suspected narcotics will be sought once test results are received from the crime lab on the substance.
