MONROE COUNTY — Over 19,700 votes were cast in our quest to find the top spot for ice cream in Monroe County. After all the ballots were counted and the last cone consumed, local favorite, Cups and Cones Ice Cream Parlor, was selected as the top spot for scoops, garnering 36.7% (7,254) of the vote and running away with the competition.
