    22-year-old Herndon woman killed in Loudoun County crash

    LOUDOUN COUNTY, Va. ( DC News Now ) — The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO) said a woman died, and at least two people were taken to the hospital after a crash in Ashburn on Friday night.

    Around 10:15 p.m., deputies were called to the intersection of Ashburn Village Road and Fultonham Circle for a two-vehicle crash. There, deputies learned that a Honda Civic and a Toyota Highlander SUV were involved in the crash.

    The driver of the Honda, Megan Taylor, 22, of Herndon, died at the scene.

    The Sheriff’s Office said the driver and passengers of the SUV were rushed to the hospital.

    The crash remains under investigation by the LCSO Crash Reconstruction Unit.
