Beans and beef cooling in deep and covered containers set in walk-in (WI). Most recent inspection report obstructed from public view at front door."
• ESSENTIAL BOWLS ATHENS (175 TRACY ST STE K6): 87. Inspection notes: "Certified food safety manager (CFSM) certificate not posted and not maintained on file. Employee health reporting agreement forms or similar not available on-site to verify all employees are informed of their responsibility to report symptoms and exposure. All sinks in main kitchen not sealed to wall as required. Main kitchen door is not self-closing.
