Look at the calendar, we are a day from SEC media days rolling on and Georgia already has 20 commits in the class of 2025. Georgia landed four-star safety Rashad Johnson on Sunday.
More could be on the way and soon. Georgia is going to have another few opportunities to add to that growing group.
We take a look at who could be next.
Who could be Georgia’s next commit?
Five-star DL Justus Terry
Skinny : Terry decommitted from USC in June. He’s visited Georgia and Alabama. He’s taking his time this around. The five-star was once a Georgia commit before flipping to USC. There is no public timetable but the season is right around the corner.
Four-star EDGE Bryce Davis
Skinny : Davis is set to announce his decision on July 20. Georgia has long been considered a major contender. Things seem to be going back and forth with Clemson as decision day closes in. Georgia is still very much a factor.
Four-star LB Christian Gass
Skinny : Gass is also set to be one of the trio announcing a decision on July 20. The Covington native has three programs on his board, Georgia, Tennessee and USC going into next week. Tennessee has been a major opponent for the Bulldogs.
4-star OL Cortez Smith
Skinny: Smith will also announce his decision on July 20. The four-star offensive lineman has been on campus in Athens a ton. Georgia is a major contender as well.
4-star CB Jontae Gilbert
Skinny: The Bulldogs are on the table for the in-state defensive back that has seen the Bulldogs intensify their pursuit in recent weeks. He announces his decision on Aug. 10.
4-star OL Damola Ajidahun
Skinny: There has not been a timeline set publically for Ajidahun. The fast-rising four-star visited Georgia this summer and the Bulldogs have made a lot of noise since that visit. He’s one to watch over the next few weeks and maybe into the season. Ajidahun got a late start as most of his offers came in the spring.
