The wife of NBA superstar Steph Curry, Ayesha Curry, and his mother Sonya Curry were seen having an altercation with Paris police following Team USA's 98-87 gold medal win over France on August 10.

According to a now-viral video from Hollywood Fix , the incident occurred as the family was trying to leave the Olympic grounds around the stadium.

An August 12 report from the Daily Mail provided some clarity on the situation, revealing that the Curry family was leaving the area at the same time as French President Emmanuel Macron.

It wasn't until an onlooking person translated to the Curry family what was happening, that there appeared to be clarity.

According to Daily Mail, the helpful citizen was translating to the family that they were unable to cross the street until the president was gone.

"Nobody's allowed to cross the street right now until he's passed," the translator said amid the chaos, per Daily Mail.

However, while all of this was occurring, Curry's mother can be heard addressing an officer and appearing to be frustrated with him for "touching the baby."

In the background, Warriors teammate Draymond Green was attempting to help the Currys exit and even provided some context amid the situation.

"So, even after him hitting the baby in the head, there's still nothing y'all can do to get them out of here?' Green can be heard on video saying to officers.

The video, which doesn't show a baby being hit, did capture a French officer saying "sorry about the baby" in Ayesha's direction.

As of writing, the Curry family has yet to publicly address the incident, which was a poor end to a night that saw Steph score 24 points and help Team USA win its fifth-straight gold medal.
