Entering his seventh year in the NFL, Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen continues to look for new ways to improve his game as he attempts to bring the team their first Super Bowl.

This offseason, along with his usual workouts on the field, Allen attempted a new method to get his body in the best possible shape. In a recent appearance on Green Light with Chris Long , Allen spoke on how he made huge strides in the offseason to improve his diet.

"I approached [the offseason] a little different," said Allen. "OTAs I hired a personal chef, cooking all good things. She was awesome. She cooked things without the use of milk and butter, just try to make things super simple and clean. So I was eating better."

"I took care of myself more than I ever have in our little month and a half break [before camp]," said Allen.

It's clear that as he spends more time in the league, and the game takes a larger toll on his body, Allen wants to prioritize staying healthy and playing as long as he possible can. Whether or not his new dieting strategy will have any impact on the outcome on the field remains to be seen, but Allen seems satisfied with his new regimen.
