Texas starting quarterback Quinn Ewers has largely impressed during his first two seasons in Austin, both on and off the field.

The program has taken numerous strides since he arrived in 2022, improving from a disappointing 5-7 finish in the 2021 season to a 12-2 season just two seasons later, culminating in the program’s first conference championship since 2009.

While the signal-caller has had some issues staying healthy, he still put up 3,479 passing yards with 22 touchdowns and six interceptions in just 12 games last season while completing 69% of his throws.

Off the field, he has secured numerous lucrative name, image, and likeness (NIL) deals, including one with Nicholas Air, a private jet company that gave the Southlake Carroll product access to flights. He was also featured on the cover of the wildly popular EA Sports College Football 25 video game alongside Colorado defensive back Travis Hunter and Michigan running back Donovan Edwards, a deal valued at over $200,000.

Now, the Heisman hopeful has landed a deal with lifestyle activewear brank Rhoback, estimated to be valued between $100,000 and $150,000.

“As part of the deal, Quinn Ewers will have an opportunity to earn a commission for the sales he drives,” On3’s Pete Nakos reported. “The quarterback will also receive a substantial amount of gear. Ewers’ agreement with the brand is even more valuable, as Rhoback is launching its licensed gameday collective. The company has secured licensing agreements with Arkansas, Alabama, Texas, LSU, Virginia Tech, Virginia and Ohio State.”

Ewers is among the betting favorites to win the Heisman at +950, meaning a $100 bet would win the better $950 if successful. Only Oregon and former Oklahoma quarterback Dillon Gabriel and Georgia signal caller Carson Beck are bigger favorites to win the award, both tied at +800.
