The Cleveland Browns offense could give the defense a run for its money for being the best unit in 2024.

Part of the potential success for quarterback Deshaun Watson and the offense this season will be how quickly chemistry can be found between Watson and new receiver Jerry Jeudy.

Jeudy has impressed his teammates this offseason with his ability to run crisp routes and to get open. The former Denver Bronco had a particularly productive Thursday during joint practices with the Minnesota Vikings as outlined by the team's website .

"Jeudy had a strong practice on Thursday, showing his elite route-running ability that made him a coveted trade target for Cleveland in the offseason. In the 1-on-1 drills, Jeudy made a cut and lost CB Nayshon Wright in the end zone, hauling in a pass from Watson for a touchdown. In the 60-second drill, Jeudy made a leaping grab on fourth down that would have set the Browns up in the red zone, but the clock ran out before they could run another play."

Jeudy's growing chemistry with Watson impressed coach Kevin Stefanski on Thursday too.

"I think it's progressing; I think they're doing a nice job with it. Jerry runs good routes. He's friendly for the quarterback."

The Browns and the Vikings will match up on Saturday at 4:25 p.m. ET from Cleveland Browns Stadium.
