Tyreek Hill Turns up the Heat in Feud With Olympic Gold Medalist Noah Lyles

Miami Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill is ready to put his speed to the test, officially challenging Olympic gold medalist Noah Lyles to a 50-yard race.

The challenge comes after Lyles dismissed Hill’s claim that he could beat the sprinter, calling the NFL star out for “chasing clout.”

Hill fired back on social media, taking the trash talk to the next level. "Sign the contract and lock in that 50-yard race," Hill posted on X, laying down the gauntlet for a showdown on the track between the two burners.

Lyles recently addressed the situation on Club Shay Shay with Shannon Sharpe and Chad Ochocinco, stating that Hill is dodging the competition.

"The man dodges smoke," Lyles said. "If he's serious about it... you'll see me on the track."

The choice of race distance is telling—Hill picked 50 yards, likely banking on his explosive start off the line and acceleration to hold off Lyles, knowing that the Olympian would likely catch him over a longer stretch like 100 meters. Regardless, if Lyles wants to call Hill's bluff, the stage is set for what could be an unexpected showdown.

Remember, this public feud began when Hill proclaimed that he could outrun Lyles while simultaneously accusing him of faking a Covid diagnosis that was made public after he took home the bronze medal in the men's 200-meter race at the Olympics.

If these guys are interested in settling this dispute, why not make it happen? Fill a stadium, sell the streaming rights, and donate the proceeds to a charity of the other runners choosing. The only question left is: do they both have the guts — or desire — to step up?
