Indiana Pacers forward Obi Toppin enjoyed a Sunday night out with his family and Tyrese Haliburton as they enjoyed the Indiana Fever vs. Seattle Storm contest. Although it was a blowout, Caitlin Clark offered enough entertainment to keep Toppin's daughter, Remi, occupied. The Pacers social media team posted a video showcasing the fun the father and daughter had together.

“I need to see a Caitlin Clark bucket. One of those that I’ve been seeing on Instagram," Toppin started the video. Clark scored 23 points in the Fever's 92-75 blowout at the expense of the Storm. However, Clark's scoring wasn't the game's most impressive feat.

During the game, Clark set a WNBA rookie record. Clark recorded her 226th, which is the most dimes dished by a rookie in the league's history.

As a fan of the game and a father wanting his daughter to enjoy the festivities, Toppin attempted to involve Remi in his pleasant time. In a cute, pure, child-like moment, Remi stares at her father, at a loss for words, after Toppin asks, "What do you want to be when you grow up?"

The game included chippy moments from Skylar Diggins bumping into Clark after a timeout and ended with a confrontation between Storm head coach Noell Quinn and Fever head coach Christie Sides.

However, there is no reason for a child's time with basketball to end on such a sour note. After the game, Toppin asked his daughter, "Who is your favorite basketball player?" Remi responded hilariously by uttering the word "Basketball" for her answer.

The Fever are now 13-15 after their win against the Storm. While it's great witnessing a Fever bounce-back performance from the early-season struggles, the smiles of children enjoying and growing with the game are more essential to the WNBA than any record.
