It's hard to call the Buffalo Bills and Kansas City Chiefs matchups a rivalry due to recent playoff results, but the two-time defending champs have made a move that certainly will impact their future showdowns.

With the Kansas City Chiefs signing JuJu Smith-Schuster, the champs are looking for ways to bolster their receiving core leading into the 2024 season.

For the Buffalo Bills, that means there's one more familiar face they have to deal with when they take on the Chiefs going into the postseason.

On paper, Smith-Schuster's numbers aren't necessarily big-league. He posted 78 catches for 933 yards, and three scores in 2022 for Kansas City en route to the team winning their third Lombardi Trophy.

Along the way, while Smith-Schuster and Kansas City did not play the Bills during their postseason run, he was the leading receiver in their regular season matchup that Buffalo won 24-20.

During the game, the former Pittsburgh Steeler caught five passes for 113 yards, and a touchdown.

Buffalo has other fish to fry when it comes to Kansas City's offense including future Hall-of-Famer Travis Kelce, Rashee Rice, and first-round rookie Xavier Worthy.

But when it comes to JuJu Smith-Schuster, it's clear that the Bills have more to worry about when it comes to their conference rival.
