Rapper Who Performed at James Harden’s Birthday Arrested the Next Day

Los Angeles Clippers star James Harden threw a birthday party in Las Vegas on Sunday with some of his closest celebrity friends in attendance.

Harden, who turned 35 years old, held the star-studded event at an upscale club. Former teammate and Phoenix Suns star Kevin Durant and rapper Travis Scott were among those present, while singer Chris Brown and rapper Lil Baby performed.

Harden posted a few pictures of the party on X, which immediately earned reactions and greetings from fans.

"Last night I brought my birthday in with great fellowship," the former MVP and 10-time All-Star wrote in the caption.

Scott also led a toast, as shown in a video circulating on X . He described Harden as "the greatest human being of all time."

While the party sure looked fun, things went south for Lil Baby a day after. According to a report from TMZ Sports , the 29-year-old rapper, whose real name is Dominique Armani Jones, was arrested on Monday for alleged illegal possession of a firearm.

"The rapper was arrested Monday night for carrying a concealed weapon without a permit—a felony—and hauled off to the Clark County Detention Center, where he was being held on $5,000 bail," said the report.

It added that the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police has yet to disclose additional details about the arrest.

The close friendship between Harden and Lil Baby is widely known, particularly after they attended the Paris Fashion Week together in 2021. Lil Baby also got arrested and fined during that trip for having marijuana in his car. Harden, meanwhile, was detained and questioned.
