The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have a few linebackers who will be free agents in the 2025 offseason, so they could get some depth at the position in next year's draft.

In a recent article by Bleacher Report , they go over each NFL team's biggest weaknesses, and they propose players that could help them. For the reigning NFC South champions, they think they could take LSU linebacker Harold Perkins in the 2025 NFL Draft to sure up the position.

"With starting linebackers Lavonte David and K.J. Britt both being impending free agents, the position will be one of the team's top needs in the draft," Bleacher Report writes. "That should put the LSU product on Jacon Licht's radar as Perkins is one of the best backers in this year's class heading into the fall."

The team will most likely do everything in their power to re-sign Lavonte David, but drafting Perkins to play alongside him could be something the team could be interested in trying.

Perkins finished his sophomore season at LSU with 75 total tackles, 13 of them being for a loss, as well as 5.5 sacks. He was also able to show his versatility by defending five passes and forcing three fumbles.

The LSU linebacker is one of the best at his position in college football, and the Buccaneers could draft him to be a scary duo with David.
