Indiana Fever Used Seven Words to Describe Caitlin Clark After WNBA Awards

Caitlin Clark and the Indiana Fever have been riding an all-time high as of late.

The rookie was recently announced as the WNBA Rookie of the Month, Eastern Conference Player of the Week and Eastern Conference Player of the Month.

In the month of August, Clark averaged 24.0 points, 8.5 assists and 5.2 rebounds per game. She secured her second straight Rookie of the Month award and became the first rookie in WNBA history to win the Player of the Month award.

Following the announcement of all of the rookie's achievements, the Fever posted a message to Clark, sharing high praise for the first-year star.

"Caitlin Clark is an artist at work," posted the Indiana Fever admin on X.

Throughout her rookie season in the WNBA, Clark has averaged 18.7 points, 8.4 assists and 5.6 rebounds per game. She leads the rookie class in average points while leading the entire league in average assists.

As the Fever explained, Clark has been an artist on the hardwood.

She's helped the Fever clinch their first playoff appearance since 2016, currently garnering a 17-16 record.

Indiana is currently hosting the Los Angeles Sparks, starting their six-game home stand on Wednesday.

They have seven games left on the season and only one will be away from Gainbridge Fieldhouse.

Clark and the Fever seem to be a perfect match as they've helped each other have a remarkable 2024 WNBA season. Despite starting the year 1-8, the Fever are one of the most dangerous teams at the end of the season.

They're currently riding a four-game win streak, winning eight of their last 10 games.
