Caitlin Clark Is Going Viral After Pulling Out New Move in Fever-Sparks

On Wednesday, Caitlin Clark and the Indiana Fever kick off a six-game home stand with a battle with the Los Angeles Sparks at Gainbridge Fieldhouse. They will also look to add to their four-game winning streak with another victory.

Less than 24 hours prior to the game, the Fever officially clinched a spot in the playoffs thanks to losses from the Chicago Sky and the Atlanta Dream. Now the Fever are playing for seeding.

Even with a playoff spot secured, Clark is still finding ways to amaze fans. With 32 seconds left in the first quarter against the Sparks, the former Iowa Hawkeyes star pulled out a new move we haven't seen from her before. The highlight is going viral with nearly 100,00 views through all posts.

As Clark was driving to her left towards the hoop on the baseline, she took a step back and released a fadeaway shot off one foot over a defender for two points. This move is similar to former Dallas Mavericks star Dirk Nowitzki's specialty, who made a name for himself off his one-legged fadeaway.

WNBA fans were amazed by Clark digging deep into her bag of tricks and took to social media to voice their opinions.

"Caitlin Clark’s bag is just too deep. OFF ONE FOOT," one fan said.

"Caitlin Clark fades off one foot from the baseline"

"Caitlin Clark with a one-legged fadeaway"

    "step back 1-legged fadeaway middy"

"CAITLIN CLARK MADE THIS OFF OF ONE FOOT"

"Caitlin Clark with a smooth fadeaway."

Clark is well-known for her long-range three-pointers and her playmaking, but adding a mid-range move like this to her bag consistently could be more trouble for the rest of the WNBA.
