Bills' Josh Allen Scouts Coach Joe Brady - 'A Lot Of Juice!'

The Buffalo Bills have made many changes this offseason, one of which has been Joe Brady taking the offensive coordinator role full-time.

Taking over from Ken Dorsey last season after the Week 10 loss to the Denver Broncos, Brady played a role in Buffalo going from a 5-5 team to an 11-6 team thanks to his change in offensive approach.

With Brady learning on the fly last season to now having a full preseason to get his ideas across, he's got the backing of Josh Allen and the roster with players having faith in what he's trying to implement.

“He's got a lot of juice,” Allen said of Brady. “We know that, and it's exciting to play for a guy like that. He's got so much energy, I don't know how he does it, he doesn't sleep, the guy's always in the facility, he's always finding new ways to get guys the ball, it's fun to play for an OC like that, and the players really enjoy it.”

Brady is tasked with taking a Bills offense that has lost Gabriel Davis and Stefon Diggs, replacing them with Mack Hollins, rookie Keon Coleman, Curtis Samuel, and Marquez Valdes-Scantling, and returning them to the playoffs.

Only Khalil Shakir has caught a pass from Allen, so Brady's receiver room has a different feel than last year, and a feeling-out period is likely forthcoming.

But with no clear No. 1 receiver, that might work in Buffalo's favor as defenses can't gameplan for where Allen is going with the ball.

The first test of Brady's scheme comes on Sunday against the Arizona Cardinals, and if Allen's words are anything to go by, the offense will be doing all it can to get a win for their new OC.
