One of the great things about college football is the frequency of upsets. For instance, preseason No. 10 Florida State has already suffered defeats in the year's first two weeks.

Who will be upset in Week 2 of the college football season is uncertain. ESPN "College GameDay" analyst Lee Corso correctly predicted Vanderbilt would upset Virginia Tech in Week 1, and now he's making another bold upset prediction. He's going with the Arkansas Razorbacks to knock off No. 16 Oklahoma State Cowboys.

"Arkansas over Oklahoma State,' Corso said. "They (Oklahoma State) are a 6.5-point favorite. I'm picking Arkansas for one reason: Bobby Petrino. "

Corso mentions how Petrino, now Arkansas's offensive coordinator, took over one of the worst offenses in the country. However, the Razorbacks' offense looked impressive in their first game under Petrino, winning 70-0.

Arkansas gained almost 700 yards of total offense, with 279 yards on the ground. The Razorbacks may have a promising player in transfer quarterback Taylen Green from Boise State. Green completed nearly 70% of his passes for 229 yards, and he also rushed for 88 yards and scored four total touchdowns.

If Green and Petrino can replicate that performance, they could leave one of the toughest places to play with a massive win.

The Razorbacks will be in Stillwater, Oklahoma, to take on the Cowboys in a game that airs on ABC at noon ET.

Oklahoma State enters the game after beating South Dakota State, 44-20, in Week 1.
