New Midtown High-Rise Expected to Open This Summer

A new luxury high-rise apartment building in Midtown is expected to open this summer.

Located at 1441 Peachtree Street, the community will be called Loria Ansley . The update was first reported by Urbanize Atlanta .

Construction on the 350-unit building began two years ago . Loria Ansley will offer studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. It is near the Arts Center MARTA station.

The building has more than 13,700 square feet of indoor amenities and more than 3,000 square feet of ground-level commercial space, according to Atlanta-based design and architecture firm Niles Bolton Associates . The firm’s portfolio includes several other residential and mixed-use communities in Atlanta, including Camden Buckhead, Novel Midtown and the student housing tower called Whistler.

According to the firm, Loria Ansley will feature “a stunning internal sky bridge leading to collaborative and private co-working spaces, a gym, wine bar, pool with sundeck, and a rooftop bar and lounge with breathtaking views stretching from Buckhead to Midtown.”

Loria Ansley is a joint venture from Atlantic Residential , FIDES Development , Capital City Real Estate and Mitsui Fudosan America .
