    RCSO reports missing 10-year-old has been located in Ohio

    Update, July 23, 2024, 11:48am – Per the RCSO, Ezekiel Reed has been located in Cincinnati, OH and is fine. Arrangements are being made to reunite him with his legal custodian.

    AUGUSTA, Ga. (WJBF) – The Richmond County Sheriff’s Office is informing the public that a missing 10-year-old out of Augusta might be several states north.

    According to RCSO, Ezekiel Bernard Reed was last seen on June 1, 2024 at the 1200 block of Kinger Court in Augusta. He is described as being 4 feet, 6 inches height and weighing 70 pounds. Officials believe Ezekiel could be in Cincinnati, Ohio with his biological mother, Taylor Reed, at an unknown address.

    A case report from RCSO explains that the boy’s father, Paul Cohen, has custody of Ezekiel according to paperwork he presented regarding the case.

    Those with information about where Ezekiel might be are asked to contact the Richmond County Sheriff’s Office at 706-821-1020 or 706-821-1080.
