Peyton Manning's Emotional Message to Arch Manning Playing in the SEC

Legendary Hall of Fame and former Indianapolis Colts quarterback Peyton Manning shared an emotional message to his nephew Arch Manning, who is poised to make his mark with the Texas Longhorns in the SEC.

On Thursday afternoon, Manning joined the Pat McAfee Show to discuss Texas' entry into the SEC.

Peyton Manning, a proud SEC alum from the University of Tennessee, expressed his heartfelt support for Arch Manning's journey.

"I'm pulling hard for my nephew," Manning stated. "I'm proud of him and how he's handled himself at Texas. I'm looking forward to watching him throughout his career there."

Arch arrived at Texas last season after being labeled as one of the nation's top recruits.

While he is expected to start the season behind Quinn Ewers, Texas Longhorns head coach Steve Sarkisian confirmed that both quarterbacks are likely to see playing time this upcoming season.

"We're probably going to need both those guys at some point this season," Sarkisian noted in an interview with ESPN.
