Fort Worth Honors Canine Officers with K9 Day and Memorial Dedication
Fort Worth celebrated its four-legged officers this past weekend with a special K9 Day and Memorial Dedication, hosted by Fort Worth Patrol K9 Support, an organization devoted to aiding retired patrol canines with their care, medical, and training needs. Among those in attendance to honor the service of these K9 units were members of the Tarrant County Sheriff's Office (TCSO) who came out to support their compatriots at the Fort Worth Police Department (FWPD), demonstrating the unbreakable bond between law enforcement agencies and their valued canine members.
First Look: H-E-B expands in Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex
H-E-B has opened its newest outpost in the Dallas-Fort Worth area — with more to come. The San Antonio-based grocery giant has opened in Mansfield, Tex., a city southeast of Fort Worth.
