    Bakersfield winemaker wins season 2 of ‘Gordon Ramsey’s Food Stars’ competition

    BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — Friends and family gathered for a watch party at Luigi’s Wednesday night for Bakersfield native Jess Druey, founder of “Whiny Baby,” who won season two of “Food Stars” with Gordon Ramsay and Lisa Vanderpump.

    The Bakersfield winemaker poured her heart and soul into the national competition. The finale aired last night on national TV. Druey was among three finalists on “Food Stars” and she emerged as the winner.

    Bakersfield SPCA hosts Kids and Critters Day Camp

    “I’m so thankful, this is the best day of my life…Bakersfield community,” Druey said after the watch party.

    The Gen Z business owner traveled to London to film the latest season of the business skills challenge. Her hard work paid off as she brings home the $250,000 grand prize.
