Lamar Jackson is typically seen as a run first quarterback in many circles, but his passing is in elite in several respects as well.

The Ravens signal caller finds himself in record-setting territory heading into the 2024-2025 season along with three-time Super Bowl winner Patrick Mahomes, according to recent research.

The Louisville Cardinal alumnus is one of two quarterbacks in NFL history with 125-plus passing touchdowns and less than 50 interceptions in his first six season in the National Football League.

The stat was revealed as it was announced that Jackson is up for two ESPY Awards for his 2023-2024 performance, including Best NFL Player and Best NFL Play.

Jackson won the Heisman Trophy with the Cardinals in 2016 and won NFL MVPs in 2019 and 2023 but has yet to win a Super Bowl with Baltimore.

He threw for 3,678 yards and 24 touchdowns with seven interceptions for Coach John Harbaugh's team last season but fell short of an AFC Championship Game win in a 17-10 defeat at the hands of Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs.
