Mark Andrews' Take on Lamar Jackson-Derrick Henry Team Up Will Get Fans Hyped

Mark Andrews has been arguably the most consistent playmaker in the Baltimore Ravens offense during the Lamar Jackson era, but that may change in 2024.

That's because the Ravens went out and signed star running back Derrick Henry in free agency this offseason, giving Baltimore a superstar playmaker who can help Jackson out under center.

It's safe to say that Jackson and Henry are going to be one of the most lethal duos on the ground next season. If you ask Andrews, though, it's also going to open up an opportunity for himself and Baltimore's other playmakers to put up some big numbers.

When he's healthy, Andrews is one of the best tight ends in the game, and he will surely benefit from having Henry pound opposing defenses into submission on the ground.

Andrews was solid in 2023 (45 REC, 544 YDS, 6 TD), but he missed seven games, which contributed to his lower than normal numbers.

If he can stay healthy in 2024, though, you can expect to see a big bounce back campaign from Andrews with opposing defenses set to be heavily focused on Jackson and Henry on the ground.
