    Bret Michaels’ ‘Parti-Gras’ rolls through Bangor

    Bret Michaels, the rock singer best known as the frontman of 1980s glam metal band Poison, brought his new touring festival to Bangor over Labor Day weekend.

    Dubbed “Parti-Gras,” the traveling show in Bangor featured Michaels singing his hits, along with guests Dee Snider of Twisted Sister, Warrant and FireHouse.

    The festival took over the Maine Savings Amphitheater on the Bangor waterfront on Sunday, Sept. 1.
