Former Miranda’s owner indicted on several felonies and misdemeanors in Madison
A former Madison restaurateur shut down several months ago by the Virginia Department of Taxation over back tax issues now finds herself in more legal trouble. A May 24 Madison County Grand Jury direct-indicted Miranda Ashley Durrer-Davis of Barboursville, who owned Miranda’s Restaurant on N. Main Street until the commonwealth padlocked the doors in late April.
