    Silver Alert Issued for At-Risk Missing Person in Concrete, WA

    WASHINGTON STATE - Update: This Silver Alert has been officially cancelled for unspecified reasons according to Washington State Patrol and Skagit Breaking News.

    The Washington State Patrol has issued a Silver Alert for Ralph Dobler, an 81-year-old man who was last seen in Concrete, WA, on August 25, 2024. Mr. Dobler is described as 5'9" tall, weighing 180 lbs, with gray hair and brown eyes. He is considered at risk due to his known conditions of diabetes, dementia, and frequent confusion.

    Ralph was last seen at the Albert's store in Concrete at approximately 1 a.m. on August 25. Family members last spoke to him by phone between 1 a.m. and 12 p.m. the same day. He was driving a 2023 red Ford F150 truck with an Iowa license plate number EMCM.

    Authorities are urging anyone who sees Mr. Dobler or his vehicle to call 9-1-1 immediately. The case number associated with this alert is 24-015626.

    The Silver Alert was activated on behalf of the Everett Washington State Patrol as part of an effort to locate Mr. Dobler quickly and safely.
