Mahoning County Bar Association recommends indefinite suspension for attorney in fraud scheme
The Mahoning County Bar Association is recommending an indefinite suspension for a Canfield attorney who was convicted in a scheme to steal $1.3 million from the IRS. According to a filing in the Supreme Court of Ohio, the Bar Association recommended an indefinite suspension for attorney Robert Rohrbaugh II with credit for time served under his interim felony suspension from February of 2023.
More people turn to food bank after violent storms knock out power in Northeast Ohio
The Greater Cleveland Food Bank has seen an increase in demand over the last few days after severe Northeast Ohio storms left many without power for days. The Community Resource Center, the food bank’s food market, has especially seen higher numbers of people served over the past five to seven days, said Karen Pozna, the food bank’s director of communications.
