    Warren County Man Charged with Child Endangerment after Tip of SnapChat Saves and Images Reported

    WARREN COUNTY, NJ - Authorities released that a Belvidere native has been charged with child endangerment for knowingly possessing Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).

    Kyle F. Fasulka, 20, was charged with one count of endangering the welfare of children for knowingly possessing images that depict CSAM.

    The investigation into Fasulka began after law enforcement was tipped off by a received report that several images allegedly portraying children being sexually exploited and abused was saved to an account on Snapchat.

    During the investigation, detectives from the Warren County Prosecutor’s Office were able to trace the source of the uploads. A search warrant was executed at Fasulka’s home, and several electronic devices were seized. The suspect was then criminally charged.

    The Warren County Prosecutor's Office Cyber Crimes Unit conducted the investigation. The office was assisted by the Greenwich Township Police Department, Belvidere Police Department, and the Hunterdon County Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) Team.

    If convicted, Fasulka faces up to five years in prison.
