Residents get tour of BSL's new fire, rescue station
Boiling Spring Lakes showed off its new 12,200-square-foot fire and rescue station with an open house for the community on Saturday. The station officially opened earlier this year on N.C. 87 (3059 George II Highway) next to Dollar General. With the working title of "Wilmington 1898: An American Coup," the documentary is scheduled to air on Tuesday, Nov. 12, at 9 p.m., according to a PBS news release.
