Business of the Week: Kathy Dave & Eric’s Flavored Coffee

BINGHAMTON, NY ( WIVT/WBGH ) – Kathy Dave and Eric’s Flavored Coffee Company is the Greater Binghamton Chamber’s Business of the Week.

The business started over 20 years ago as a small coffee shop in Binghamton called Java Joes.

They import their coffee beans from all over the world, including Brazil and Columbia.

Then, the master roasters blend the flavors together in their warehouse on Griswold Street.

The president, Kathy Pagnani, says you can completely customize your order, such as making half decaf half regular, or combining the flavors of different blends.

Kathy Pagnani says, “So many places will cut the flavoring short. And it’s a very specific percentage that’s very important when you’re making these flavors, so that, as they’re drinking that cup of coffee, you get all of those flavors and its very important that its not just a hint and it goes away,” says Pagnani.

Kathy Dave and Eric’s Coffee is sold and shipped around the world.
Pagnani says they supply distributors across the country that sell their coffee for fundraisers.
