Man On The Run For Decades Arrested, Back In Dane County Jail
George Hartleroad, a 71-year-old wanted man from Wisconsin who escaped 30 years ago, has been arrested and is now back in jail. Police in West Des Moines apprehended Hartleroad for not having a reflective light on his bike, leading to the discovery that he had been on the run since fleeing a Madison halfway house in 1995.
