TROY, Vermont — A Hartford man was accused of shooting a woman multiple times and disposing of the body in a large toolbox in February, according to Vermont State Police. In a release Wednesday, VSP said that an arrest warrant was signed for Jakiy Tramaine Corey Keith, 24, of Hartford, on charges of first-degree murder and unauthorized burial or removal of a body. He was previously arrested on Feb. 6 on federal drug charges and has since been in custody.
