Davenport fire suspect spat on firefighter, officials say
An 18-year-old Davenport man was in custody Tuesday after police say he is a suspect in an arson, according to a news release. Shortly before 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, the Davenport Fire Department responded to the 1000 block of Grand Court for a structure fire. Crews responded with three engines, two ladder trucks, and a district chief, for an initial response of 16 personnel.

She was the daughter of Seth Justin Temple and Alice Maude Gamble. She was born on August 2, 1909 in Davenport, Iowa. She had four siblings named Holmes (1897-1912), Gilbert (1899-1983), Arthur (1902-1951), and Malcolm (1906-1997).
