Wanted suspect accused of taking lost wallet and racking up credit card charges in Estero
ESTERO, Fla. — Deputies are searching for a man suspected of stealing a lost wallet and making two $500 purchases. The victim reportedly lost his wallet and a short time later he received a notification on his phone that two $500 purchases had been made at Best Buy on Mediterranean Drive in Estero.

Investor gets $40M loan to buy Fort Myers apartments
A Boca Raton real estate development firm has secured a nearly $40 million loan to buy a 296-unit Fort Myers apartment complex. It paid $57 million.
