Man sentenced for threatening Jewish lives in 2022. 67 year-old Andrezj Boryga of Indianapolis, has been sentenced to two years in federal prison, followed by two years of supervised release, after pleading guilty to willfully transmitting in interstate commerce threats to injure other people, and for choosing his victims because of their religion. In 2022, Boryga left voicemails at Anti-Defamation League offices throughout the country, threatening to assault or kill Jewish people.
Indiana Governor's debate to air on WSBT 22
SOUTH BEND, Ind. (WSBT) — WSBT 22 will air the “All Indiana Politics Special: The Governor’s Debate” on October 3 at 6 p.m. from the WISH-TV studios in Indianapolis. Sinclair Inc. entered an agreement with Circle City Broadcasting, the parent company of WISH-TV and WNDY to air the one-hour debate live. The debate will air statewide in all television markets throughout the state.

FOCUS: Proposal could greatly restrict locations of medical marijuana businesses in Louisville
LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Since the online portal opened on July 1, applications for the limited number of medical cannabis business licenses haven't exactly flooded the system. As of Monday, July 22, the Cabinet for Health and Family Services said the Kentucky Medical Cannabis Program had received a total of just 18 applications: five total for Cultivator licenses (3 for Tier I, 1 for Tier II, and 1 for Tier III), two total for Processor licenses, and 11 total for Dispensary licenses.

Power restored to Dosker Manor nearly 24 hours after Thursday afternoon outage
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Power has been restored to the Dosker Manor housing complex on Friday, after it went out Thursday afternoon. A news release Friday morning from the Louisville Metro Housing Authority LMHA said maintenance crews responded to Building C at the complex after the power went out around 4 p.m. Thursday.
Water main break shuts down Preston Highway in Okolona
