Jaylen Brown Triggers Online Buzz As Fans Accuse Him Of Bronny James Diss

Boston Celtics star forward Jaylen Brown has plenty of free time in the NBA offseason. He could have been with Team USA right now had he been selected as Kawhi Leonard’s replacement, but that simply did not turn out to be the case.

So, on Monday night, Brown spent some of his free time to watch his Celtics take on Bronny James and the Los Angeles Lakers in the Las Vegas Summer League.

During one moment in the contest, Brown was caught on camera uttering some words to Chicago Sky's star rookie Angel Reese and former Sky player Kysre Gondrezick. It was not exactly clear what Brown said, but people on the internet seem to already have an idea, and it’s something that the Lakers rookie wouldn’t find amusing.

Trying to read Brown's lips, fans thought he said, “I don’t think Bronny is a pro.”

Fans can only go and speculate what Brown actually said.

For what it’s worth, James, who was selected 55th overall in the 2024 NBA Draft by the Lakers, scored two points on 1/5 shooting from the field, though he missed all three of his 3-point attempts in an 88-74 loss to Boston.
