Boston Celtics sharpshooter Sam Hauser has agreed to a four-year, $45 million contract extension to return to the Celtics, where he played a vital role in their overall success and journey to an NBA Championship.

Last season, Hauser averaged 9.0 points, 3.5 rebounds, 1.0 assist, and shot 44.6% from the field and a staggering 42.4% from three, where he thrives. Hauser is an elite floor spacer with the ability to shoot from anywhere.

Coming off the bench, he provides an outlet of shooting that is needed in today's NBA, and it showed when the Celtics needed him the most. He was always hitting timely shots without demanding or being ball dominant.
