Holland & NASH Secure 17,000 SQFT Lease with HNTB and HDR Engineering in San Diego’s 1011 Union Street Mixed-Use Property
With urban submarkets continuing to rebound and evolve, Holland Partner Group (“Holland”), North America Sekisui House (“NASH”) and Lowe announced today that they have secured a 17,000-square-foot office lease with HNTB Corporation and a 9,000-square-foot office lease with HDR Engineering, Inc. at the recently completed West, a $510 million, 37-story mixed-use project located at 1011 Union Street in downtown San Diego. As the first multi-mixed-use tower in the city, this iconic, skyline-changing project features 289,000 square feet of office space, 10,000 square feet of retail space and 431 luxury apartments.
