SPCA launches campaign to encourage adopting mature dogs
HARRISONBURG, Va. (ROCKTOWN NOW) – The Rockingham Harrisonburg SPCA has launched a new campaign to educate folks on the importance of adopting adult dogs. HARRISONBURG, Va. (WHSV) - After 23 years, a Harrisonburg small business has changed for the bigger and better after moving into its new location. Alley Cat Tattoo opened at 990 Reservoir St. in 2001, and has now moved just up the street to 220 Reservoir St. The new building was formerly the home of Wampler & Associates Rehabilitation, another longtime business that was in the space for 30 years.
