Tee Pee Records owner Kenny Sehgal says that he died in his sleep, and that he got the news while at SonicBlast Festival in Portugal, who projected a photo of Sweetapple on the main stage in tribute.

There’s a long list of video credits for their debut single “Lost Silver” but no songwriter or performer credits, and the artist has their face blurred out in their press photo. “Lost Silver” comes with single artwork that pays homage to Type O Negative album art, and the song sounds sounds a lot like Type O Negative too. Everybody seems to agree. Too on the nose? Maybe, but they do it really, really well.
